GPS for Resilient Cities - Considering all Stakeholders and Designing a Resilient City

50.00

GPS for Resilient Cities helps groups of constituents, government representatives, businesses and non-profits consider a multitude of factors when designing resilient cities.

This workshop takes an around-the-world approach to discussing the strategies and activities that will be employed to gather requirements from all constituents in designing business requirements for communities.

The requirements gathering process will feed project descriptions and abstracts to describe initiatives the community supports and wants to see put into the real world.

This workshop is a great way to get multiple perspectives and priorities collected without de-prioritizing any of them.

This data will then be used in to gather detailed data with a GPS Alfa workshop to define explicit statistics that can be used as a baseline measurement for expected change and benefits brought by delivering these projects.
